Our company was introduced to the Sippi platform almost 6 months ago along with the introduction of our sites ANPR, and it has been a very useful system for our residents to manage their personal permits and visitor permits throughout the development.
Our development facilitates over 300 parking spaces, so having a system in place which has been able to assist us with controlling and monitoring vehicle activity on a 24/7 basis has been extremely beneficial for us. Residents are able to update and manage their parking activity via their online account, whilst the property manager still retains full control of all resident/guest parking activity. The platform has its own Sippi Support option available for all residents to contact if any questions arise.
Most importantly, our CPM representatives have been extremely prompt, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process and always go above and beyond to assist us with all Sippi related queries.
I would highly recommend working alongside CPM/Sippi Platform if you are looking to implement a more efficiently controlled parking experience.

We have recently implemented using the Electronic Parking Scheme Sippi on some of our sites and it has completely transformed our parking experience. The system is incredibly user-friendly and the whole process is seamless for motorists as well as for us who doesn’t have to put so much work into managing parking since the system has been implemented. Since using Sippi we noticed a significant reduction in the time we spend managing parking enquiries and amount of emails that comes through to us.
CPM management has been very proactive and helpful with their gentle approach allowing plenty of time for our customers to get use to the scheme and apply for relevant permits electronically. They have been very supportive and guided as through every step.
